Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi öğrencilerinin empatik eğilimleri ile saldırganlık düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada spor bilimleri fakültesi öğrencilerinin empatik eğilimleri ile saldırganlık düzeyleri arasındaki ilişki incelenerek, bazı demografik değişkenler arasındaki farklılıklar değerlendirilmiştir. Nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeliyle gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmada, Muş Alparslan Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi (Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenliği, Antrenörlük Eğitimi, Spor Yöneticiliği, Rekreasyon, Engellilerde Egzersiz ve Spor Bilimleri) bölümlerinde öğrenim gören toplam 650 öğrenci evren olarak kabul edilmiş ve tabakalı örnekleme yöntemi ile 2023-2024 Eğitim-öğretim yılında Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinin farklı bölümlerinde öğrenim gören 242 erkek ve 166 kadından oluşan toplam 408 öğrenci gönüllülük esasına göre çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Verilerin toplanmasında kişisel bilgi formu, Empatik Eğilim Ölçeği ve Saldırganlık Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde "Bağımsız İki Örneklem t Testi", " Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (One Way ANOVA", "Pearson Korelasyon Katsayısı" ve " Basit Doğrusal Regreasyon Analizi" testleri kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi öğrencilerinin empatik eğilim düzeyleri ile saldırganlık düzeyleri arasında pozitif bir ilişkinin olduğu, empatik eğilim düzeyi arttıkça saldırganlık düzeyinin azaldığı görülmüştür.

In this study, the relationship between empathic tendencies and aggression levels of sports science faculty students was examined and the differences between some demographic variables were evaluated. In this research, which was carried out with the relational scanning model, one of the quantitative research methods, a total of 650 students studying in the departments of Muş Alparslan University Faculty of Sports Sciences (Physical Education and Sports Teaching, Coaching Education, Sports Management, Recreation, Exercise for the Disabled and Sports Sciences) were accepted as the population and stratified sampling was used. With the method, a total of 408 students, consisting of 242 men and 166 women, studying in different departments of the Faculty of Sports Sciences in the 2023-2024 academic year, formed the sample of the study on a voluntary basis. Personal information form, Empathic Tendency Scale and Aggression Scale were used to collect data. "Independent Two Sample t Test", "One Way ANOVA", "Pearson Correlation Coefficient" and "Simple Linear Regression Analysis" tests were used in the analysis of the data. As a result, there was a difference between the empathic tendency levels and aggression levels of the students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences. It has been observed that there is a positive relationship and as the level of empathic tendency increases, the level of aggression decreases.
