Beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin özel alan yeterliliklerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Günümüzde artan teknolojik ilerlemeler sayesinde toplumsal yapı giderek daha hızlı gelişmekte ve bunun tersi olarak eğitimde kullanılan geleneksel yöntem ve teknikler de giderek azalmaktadır. Bir toplumun ilerlemesi ancak eğitimle sağlanabilir. Eğitim sisteminin en önemli ve kritik unsuru öğretmendir. Çünkü eğitimin kalitesi ve düzeyi nitelikli öğretmenler tarafından sağlanır. "Bir okul, ancak, içindeki öğretmenler kadar iyidir". Bu yüzden eğitimin amacına ulaşmasında öğretmenin sahip olduğu yeterliklerin büyük önemi vardır. Ülkemizde öğretmenlerin yetkinliklerini belirlemeye yönelik çeşitli çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. Türkiye'de Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Eğitim ve Öğretmen Yetiştirme Müdürlüğü'nün bu konuyla ilgili yaptığı araştırmalar oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmada beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından belirlenen uzmanlaşmış beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenliği becerilerini kazanmalarına ilişkin görüşleri araştırılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçların beden eğitimi ve spor öğretiminin daha etkili ve verimli hale getirilmesi açısından önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu konuyla ilgili araştırmalar oldukça sınırlıdır. Çalışmamız aynı zamanda bu alandaki yeni araştırmalara da ışık tutacaktır.

Today, thanks to increasing technological advances, the social structure is developing faster and faster and, conversely, the traditional methods and techniques used in education are gradually decreasing. The progress of a society can only be achieved through education. The most important and critical element of the education system is the teacher. Because the quality and level of education is ensured by qualified teachers. "A school is only as good as the teachers in it". Therefore, the competencies of teachers are of great importance in achieving the purpose of education. In our country, various studies have been conducted to determine the competencies of teachers. The researches conducted by the Directorate of Education and Teacher Training of the Ministry of National Education in Turkey on this subject are very important. In this study, the views of physical education and sports teachers on the acquisition of specialized physical education teaching skills determined by the Ministry of National Education were investigated. It is thought that the results obtained from the research are important in terms of making physical education and sports teaching more effective and efficient. Research on this subject is quite limited. Our study will also shed light on new research in this field.
