Tempo veren liderlik ölçeği (TVLÖ): Bir ölçek geliştirme çalışması

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, örgütlerde yöneticilerin tempo veren liderlik düzeylerini ölçen geçerli ve güvenilir, Likert tipi bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 140 idari personel oluşturmaktadır. Ölçek maddeleri üzerinde AFA ve DFA yapılmıştır. AFA sonuçları; ölçeğin 18 maddeden oluştuğunu göstermiştir. Ölçeğin açıkladığı toplam varyans değeri ise %52,8’dir. DFA sonuçları üç alt faktörlü ölçek yapısının iyi uyum değerlerine sahip olduğuna işaret etmektedir Ölçeğin güvenirlik analizi sonuçları; iç tutarlılık katsayısının, ?=.91, McDonald’s ?=.82 ve iki yarı test güvenirliğinin r=.91 olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Ulaşılan sonuçlar; ölçeğin, örgütsel liderlik çalışmalarında kullanılabilecek şekilde geçerli-güvenilir bir ölçe aracı olduğu yönündedir.

The purpose of this research is to develop a valid and reliable Likert-type scale that measures the pacesetting leadership levels of managers in organizations. The study group of the research consists of 140 administrative staff. EFA and CFA were performed on the scale items. AFA results; it showed that the scale consisted of 18 items. The total variance value explained by the scale is 52.8%. CFA results indicate that the three sub-factor scale structure has good fit values. Reliability analysis results of the scale; revealed that the internal consistency coefficient was ?=.91, McDonald’s ?=.82 and two half-test reliability r=.91. Obtained results; the scale is that it is a valid-reliable scale tool that can be used in organizational leadership studies.
