Sıkıştırma İle Ateşlemeli Bir Motorda İzobütanol-Dizel Yakıtı Karışımlarının Kullanılmasının Egzoz Emisyonu Ve Motor Performansına Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada sıkıştırma ile ateşlemeli bir motorda standart dizel yakıtına hacimsel olarak %3, %5, %8 ve %10 oranlarında izobütanol ilavesinin farklı motor yüklerinde, motor performansına ve egzoz emisyonlarına etkileri deneysel olarak incelenmiştir. Deneylerde 4 zamanlı tek silindirli, direkt püskürtmeli bir motor kullanılmıştır. Deneylerden elde edilen veriler standart dizel yakıtı ile karşılaştırılarak grafikler halinde sunulmuştur. Bu çalışma sonucunda, standart dizel yakıtına katılan izobütanol miktarı arttıkça özgül yakıt tüketiminin arttığı, fren termik veriminin ve egzoz gaz sıcaklığının azaldığı gözlemlenmiştir. Ayrıca NOx, CO ve is emisyonları azalırken, HC emisyonları artmıştır.

In this study, a compression-ignition engine were experimentally tested with addition rates of izobutanol to standard diesel fuel by volume of 3%, 5%, 8% and 10% to investigated the effects on engine performance and exhaust emissions during different engine loads. In these experiments, 4-stroke, single cylinder, direct injected, a compression-ignition engine was used. The data were obtained from the experimental studies compared with standard diesel fuel and presented in graphs. At the end of this study was observed that when the amount of the izobutanol in standard diesel fuel was increased the specific fuel consumption also increases while the brake thermal efficiency and exhaust gas temperature were decrease. Additionally, increases in HC emissions, NOx, CO and smoke emissions were reduced.
