Epidemic diseases and increasing disease types in recent years once again reveal the importance of the health sector. For this reason, efficiency evaluation has become popular in the health sector, as in every sector. This study aimed to evaluate the health services performance of 81 provinces in Turkiye. The input-oriented CCR model was used for efficiency measurement. The input-oriented SE-CCR model was used to evaluate the efficient provinces among themselves, and TOPSIS and EDAS methods were used to rank them. TOBIT analysis was conducted to determine the factors affecting the efficiency. In the study, analyses were carried out using three inputs and three outputs. According to the results of the input-oriented CCR model, 7 provinces were found to be efficient, while the remaining Decision Making Units (DMUs) were inefficient. Using TOBIT analysis, the effects of input and output variables on efficiency scores were determined. Efficient DMUs were evaluated among themselves by comparing the results of the CCR Super Efficiency (CCR-SE) model, TOPSIS and EDAS method. The relationship between the CCR-SE model, TOPSIS and EDAS methods was determined using Spearman's rho method. The study results reveal that using the DEA method and MCDM methods together is very useful for comparing and ranking efficient DMUs.en_US
