Prekarya Sosyolojisi: Ücretli Öğretmenler Örneği

Abstract

This research was carried out in order to examine the situation of the paid teachers according to the sociology of precarnation. Prekarya is a sociology of post-capitalism that aims to identify a growing precarious mass in the world. In the context of this sociological imagination interviews were conducted with teachers who worked in Mus as paid teachers in 2017-2018 education year. In the study, an in-depth interview technique, which is a qualitative research method, was used. In the study, it was seen that paid teachers are not satisfied with their wages and personal rights, they are worried about their future, they have a low commitment to the profession and they feel very precariously insecure. Therefore, it was found that paid teachers have serious signs of the sociology of precarnation.

Bu araştırma ücretli öğretmenlerin içinde bulundukları durumu prekarya sosyolojisine göre incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Prekarya, dünyada giderek genişleyen güvencesiz kitleyi tanımlamayı hedefleyen bir postkapitalizm sosyolojisidir. Bu sosyolojik tasavvur doğrultusunda 2017-2018 eğitim yılında Muş ilinde ücretli olarak görev yapan öğretmenlerle görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, nitel araştırma yöntemi içinde yer alan derinlemesine görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada, ücretli öğretmenlerin ücret ve özlük haklarından memnun olmadıkları, geleceklerinden endişe ettikleri, mesleğe olan bağlılıklarının düşük olduğu ve kendilerini çok ciddi bir şekilde güvencesiz hissettikleri görülmüştür. Bu nedenle ücretli öğretmenlerin prekaryalaşma sosyolojisine dair ciddi emareler taşıdıkları saptanmıştır.
