Bazı Ekmeklik Buğday Genotiplerinin Süneye (Eurygaster integriceps Put.) Mukavemet Bakımından Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

In this study, the effect of Sunn pest damage, change limits of some morphological and qualitative traits of 6 bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L) genotypes were investigated under the cage environment. The trials were established according to the Randomized Blocks Trial Design with 3 replications in Diyarbakır province in 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 seasons. Genotypes being affected at different rates in terms of grain absorption caused by Sunn pest were investigated in terms of grain yield and the other morphological and qualitative features such as; plant height, number of spikes per meter square, chlorophyll content, thousand grain weight, hectoliter test, grains per spike, growth habit, straw density, capacity of waxy, spike density, awns, duration of milking stage, days to heading, days to stem elongation, grain color, number of Sunn pest individuals per meter square and grain absorbency rate. Considering the two years together, Golia and Pehlivan genotypes were found to have lower damaged grain rate and more tolerance against Sunn pest. Moreover, in the biplot analysis that is for determining genotype property relations, it was revealed that genotypes having upright growing, late-shown, red, hard and denser spike structures were less affected by the Sunn pest damage.

Kapalı kafes ortamında farklı özelliklere sahip 6 ekmeklik (Triticum aestivum L) buğday genotipinde süne zararının etkisi ile bazı morfolojik ve kalite özelliklerinin değişim sınırlarının incelendiği çalışma Tesadüf Blokları Deneme Deseni’ne göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak 2004-2005 ve 2005-2006 yıllarında Diyarbakır’da yürütülmüştür. Süne zararı bakımından genotiplerin farklı oranlarda etkilendiği bu çalışmada tane verimi (TV) ile birlikte, morfolojik özelliklerden bitki boyu (BB), m2’de başak sayısı (BS), klorofil içeriği (KLRF), bin tane ağırlığı (BTA), hektolitre ağırlığı (HL), başakta tane sayısı (BTS), büyüme şekli (BYS), sap yoğunluğu (SEK), mumsuluk (MUM), başak yoğunluğu (BY), kılçıklılık (KLC), süt olum süresi (SUT), başaklanma süresi (BYS), sapa kalkma süresi (SKS), dane rengi (DR), m2’de süne adedi (SA), danede emgi oranı (DAO) ve diğer kalite özellikleri incelenmiştir. Her iki yıl birlikte değerlendirildiğinde Golia ve Pehlivan çeşitlerinin SA ve DAO bakımından daha düşük değerlere sahip olmakla süneye daha tolerant oldukları, genotip özellik ilişkilerini belirlemeye esas biplot analizinde ise dik büyüyen, geçci, kırmızı ve sert tane yapısı ile sık başak yapısına sahip genotiplerin süne zararından daha az etkilendikleri tespit edilmiştir.
