dc.description.abstractSubstance/smoking addiction is an area that requires a wide range of social interventions in addition to medical treatment. The aim of this study is to examine substance/cigarette addiction awareness among high school students in terms of various variables. For this purpose, qualitative research method was used and case study design was preferred. The study group of the research consists of high school students who continue their active education in Mus/Center and its districts. In this context, a semi-structured interview form was prepared to collect research data and interviews were conducted with 30 students. In addition to demographic information, participants were asked 6 questions related to substance/cigarette addiction. The data obtained were analyzed and interpreted by content analysis method using MAXQDA Pro 2020 computer program. According to the findings of the research; it was determined that students had information about substance / cigarette use, their experiences about substance use in their families differed and the effects of these experiences on substance addiction were evident, they were influenced by their immediate environment / friends about substance / cigarette use, they obtained information about substance addiction from social media / internet, and social media affected them, and substance / cigarette use negatively affected their academic success. In addition, it was determined that students used the pocket money they received from their families to buy substances, some of them earned money by working outside of school, and some of them accessed substances by stealing. In conclusion, preventive and informative educational programs on substance/cigarette addiction and its harms should be prepared in high schools and the long-term effects of substance use should be explained to students through these programs. These preventive and informative programs can contribute to students adopting a healthy lifestyle and avoiding harmful habitsen_US
dc.description.abstractMadde/sigara bagimliligi, tibbi tedavinin yani sira genis bir sosyal müdahale gerektiren bir alandir. Bu arastirmanin amaci, lise ögrencileri arasinda madde/sigara bagimliligi farkindaligini çesitli degiskenler açisindan incelemektir. Bu amaç dogrultusunda nitel arastirma yöntemi kullanilmis ve durum çalismasi deseni tercih edilmistir. Arastirmanin çalisma grubunu Mus/Merkez ve ilçelerde aktif ögrenimine devam eden lise ögrencileri olusturmaktadir. Bu kapsamda arastirma verilerini toplayabilmek için yari yapilandirilmis görüsme formu hazirlanmis ve 30 ögrenci ile görüsme gerçeklestirilmistir. Katilimcilara demografik bilgilerinin yani sira madde/sigara bagimliligi ile alakali 6 soru yöneltilmistir. Elde edilen veriler MAXQDA Pro 2020 bilgisayar programi kullanilarak içerik analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmis ve yorumlanmistir. Arastirma bulgularina göre; ögrenciler madde/sigara kullanimi konusunda bilgi sahibi olduklari, ailelerinde madde kullanimiyla ilgili deneyimlerinin farklilik gösterdigi ve bu deneyimlerin madde bagimliligi üzerindeki etkilerinin belirgin oldugu, madde/sigara kullanimi konusunda yakin çevre/arkadaslarindan etkilendikleri, sosyal medya/internetten madde bagimliligi konusunda bilgi edindikleri ayrica sosyal medyanin onlari etkiledigi, madde/sigara kullaniminin akademik basarilarini olumsuz etkiledigi tespit edilmistir. Ayrica ögrencilerin madde temini için ailelerinden aldiklari harçliklari madde aliminda kullandiklari, bir kisminin okul disindaki zamanlarda çalisarak para kazandigi, bir kisminin da hirsizlik yaparak maddeye ulastiklari belirlenmistir. Sonuç olarak, liselerde madde/sigara bagimliligi ve zararlari konusunda önleyici ve bilgilendirici egitim programlari hazirlanmali ve bu programlar araciligiyla, ögrencilere madde kullaniminin uzun vadeli etkileri anlatilmalidir. Bu önleyici ve bilgilendirici programlar, ögrencilerin saglikli bir yasam tarzi benimsemelerine ve zararli aliskanliklardan kaçinmalarina katki saglayabilir.en_US
