Abstract

Economic features of the Islamic economic system in the Prophet's eraABSTRACTThis study aimed to identify the most prominent economic featuresin the early Islamic State in Medina, as well as to conclude a number of basicelements of the economic aspects that the prophetic guidance contributed to itsconstruction.In order to build a systematic conception on a number of principlesof economics in this period, the researcher tried to provide an analyticalvision for a number of legal texts and jurisprudential references in order toachieve the purpose of the study.The researcher concluded that the features of the economics ofMedina in the heart of Islam were based on two basic pillars. The firstconcerns the moral, faith and educational aspects of transactions to form asolid ground for an economy based on the moral dimension.The second pillar concerns a set of legislation and provisions fortransactions and sales that have formed solid building rules that drive theeconomy to perform better.The study concluded a number of economic effects of somelegislation, which positively affects the market and economy. Hz. Peyğamber Döneminde İslam Ekonomisinin İlkeleriÖzet:Bu makale Medine’de İslamın ilk dönemlerinde var olan İslam ekonomisininilkelerini ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bunun yanında nebevi ekonomikilkelerin oluşması noktasında temel dinamiklerin ortaya çıkarılmasını da dikkatçekilmektedir.Araştırmacı metodolojik bir anlayışın oluşturulması için bu dönemde var olanekonomik ilkeleri, şer’î metinler ve fıkhî işaretler aracılığıyla çalışmanınamacına uygun olarak analitik bir bakış açısıyla sunmayı amaçlamaktadır.Sonuç olarak araştırmacı İslamın ilk dönemlerinde Medine’de bulunan İslamekonomisinin iki temel faktör üzerine kurulduğunu ifade etmektedir. Bunlardan birincisi ahlaki boyutun oturtulması için ahlak, inanç, veyetişme gibi hususları konu almakta ikincisi ise ekonomik düzenin daha iyiolmasını sağlayan müâmelât ve alışveriş gibi şerî hükümleri konu almaktadır. Sonuç olarak araştırma, İslam hukuku için ekonomiye olumlu etki etmesi beklenenbazı sonuçlara ulaşmıştır.
