Evaluation of The Work Titled “The Book of The Qur’an And its Commentary” in The Context of The Qur’an And its Interpretation of The Qur’an

Abstract

The Quran is a book that uses all the rhetorical features of the Arabic language and has its own style. He, belief, treatment, the hereafter, stories and so on. It contains many topics. Since the Quran spread over a period of twenty-three years as the process of revival, it spreaded the subjects it wanted to convey to its addressees over time. In other words, he explained a subject that he briefly touched on somewhere, and explained it in different places. This structural feature of the Quran caused it to contain some absolute, confusing, ambiguous, amalgam and complicated expressions. These expressions are often explained by the Quran. Islamic scholars, especially Hz. They argued that the Quran should be consulted first in understanding the Quran, citing the fact that the Companions, including the Prophet, naturally scholars and commentators interpret the Quran with the Quran. Considering that the verses of the Quran are intertwined and not independent from each other, learning how he interprets himself means resolving the connection between the verses. The main feature that draws attention in both narration-based and acumen-based interpretations is that the method of referring to other verses is used in the interpretation of the verses. It has been observed that performing this method in general within the framework of the verse politics and the integrity of the Quran yields healthier results in terms of understanding. It can be said that the purpose of this study is to reveal what the Quran is and the interpretation of the Quran and what methods it is used by using an interpretation assessment. In this sense, the method of interpreting the Quran with the Qur'an has been examined, and how Talat Koçyigit, an expert in the field of hadith, handles this method in his work titled Qur'an-i Kerîm Meâl ve Tafsir and how he reflects his hadithist identity on this method. It has been studied.Kur’ân-i Kerîm, Arap dilinin tüm belâgat özelliklerini kullanan ve kendine özgü üslûbu olan bir kitaptir. O, inanç, muamelât, ahiret hayati, kissalar vb. pek çok konuyu ihtiva etmektedir. Kur’ân, nüzûl süreci olarak yirmi üç yilik bir döneme yayildigi için muhataplarina ulastirmak istedigi konulari zamana yayarak anlatmistir. Yani bir yerde kisaca degindigi bir konuyu farkli yerlerde uzunca anlatip açiklamistir. Kur’ân’in bu yapisal niteligi bünyesinde bazi mutlak, mücmel, müphem, âmm ve müskil ifadeleri barindirmasina sebep olmustur. Bahsi geçen bu ifadeler çogu zaman Kur’ân tarafindan açiklanmistir. Islam âlimleri, basta Hz. Peygamber olmak üzere sahabe’nin, tabiin âlimlerinin ve müfessirlerin Kur’ân’i Kur’ân’la tefsir etmelerini gerekçe göstererek Kur’ân’i anlamada ilk önce Kur’ân’a basvurulmasi gerektigini ileri sürmüslerdir. Kur’ân ayetlerinin iç içe oldugu ve birbirinden bagimsiz olmadigi düsünüldügünde onun kendisini nasil tefsir ettigini ögrenmek, ayetler arasindaki baglantiyi çözmek anlamina gelmektedir. Gerek rivayet agirlikli gerekse dirayet agirlikli tüm tefsirlerde dikkat çeken temel niteligin ayetlerin tefsirinde diger ayetlere basvurma yönteminin kullanilmis olmasidir. Bu yöntemin genel itibariyle ayet siyaki ve Kur’ân bütünlügü çerçevesinde yapilmasinin anlama açisindan daha saglikli sonuçlar dogurdugu gözlemlenmistir. Bu çalismadaki amacin Kur’ân’in Kur’ân ile tefsirinin ne oldugu ve hangi yöntemler kullanilarak yapildiginin bir tefsir degerlendirmesi üzerinden ortaya konulmasi oldugu söylenebilir. Bu anlamda Kur’ân’i Kur’ân’la tefsir etme metodu incelenmis ve hadis alaninda uzman olan Talat Koçyigit’in Kur’ân-i Kerîm Meâl ve Tefsiri adli eserinde bu yöntemi nasil ele aldigi ile hadisçi kimligini bu metoda ne sekilde yansittigi islenmeye çalisilmistir. Arastirmada tefsir, tefsir üsûlü kitaplariyla beraber konuyla ilgili kitap, tez ve makalelerden istifade edilmistir.
