RİSK ALTINDAKİ ÇOCUKLAR ÜZERİNE BİR İNCELEME (MUŞ İLİ ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi genelinde ve Muş ili özelinderisk altındaki çocuklara yönelik risk faktörlerinin belirlenmesidir.Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeli kullanılmıştır.Araştırmanın örneklemini Muş il ve ilçe merkezinde ortaöğretimkademesine devam etmekte olan 584 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmaya463 (%79,3) kız, 121 (%20,7) erkek öğrenci katılmıştır. Ölçme araçlarını riskfaktörleri formu ve sanal risk faktörleri ölçeği oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilenverilerinin çözümlenmesinde frekans, yüzde tabloları, bağımsız örneklem ttesti ve tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmabulgularına göre, araştırma kapsamına alınan ihmal/istismar mağduruçocuklar, özel gereksinimi olan çocuklar, sağlık sorunları olan çocuklar veçalışan/çalıştırılan çocukların riskli bir konumda oldukları saptanmıştır.Ayrıca çalışma kapsamındaki kız öğrencilerin sanal olanaklardan uzakolduğu ve sanal ortamda karşılaşabilecekleri risklerin erkeklere göre dahadüşük olduğu saptanmıştır. Bu risk faktörlerinin bölgenin sosyo-ekonomikdüzeyinin düşük olması ile ilişki olduğu görülmektedir. Bu nedenlebelirlenen sorunlar çerçevesinde sorunların çözümüne yönelik sosyoekonomik desteğin oluşturulması önerilmektedir.

The aim of this research is to determine risk factors for children at risk throughout Eastern Anatolia Region and in the province of Muş. In the research, scanning model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used. The sample of the study consists of 584 students who continue their secondary education in the city center and district center of Muş. 463 (79.3%) female students and 121 (20.7%) male students participated in the study. The measurement tools were the risk factors form and the virtual risk factors scale. Frequency, percentage tables, independent sample t test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to analyze the data obtained. According to the findings of the research, it has been determined that children who are victims of neglect / abuse, children with special needs, children with health problems and working / employed children are in a risky position. In addition, it was determined that female students within the scope of the study are far from virtual opportunities and the risks they may encounter in the virtual environment are lower than those of men. These risk factors seem to be related to the low socio-economic level of the region. For this reason, it is thought that economic improvements that will provide social development for the solution of problems.
