Özet

In this article, we study generic density of bilayered phi(J(1)), phi(J(2)), phi(J(3)) microbeams with hydrostatic longitudinal epsilon(i) pressure potential in Minkowski space. Then, we obtain extensible microelectromechanical phi(J(1)), phi(J(2)), phi(J(3)) microplates according to non-linear heat frame. Finally, we design optical hydrostatic microelectromechanical phi(J(1)), phi(J(2)), phi(J(3)) viscous flux in Minkowski space.
