NESHİN GERÇEKLEŞMESİNDE ETKİLİ OLAN FAKTÖRLER

Abstract

Nasih-mensuh meselesi Kur'an ilimlerinin önemli konularından birisi olup bu konuda tartışmalar hep olmuştur. Alimlerin kahir ekseriyeti Kur'an'da neshin var olduğunu kabul etmiştir. Bazı Alimlere göre ise Kur'an'da nesih yoktur. Neshi kabul edenler açısından nasih-mensuh ayetler, ayetlerin nüzul sebebi ve ortamı birlikte mülahaza edilince ayetlerin neshedilmesinde nüzul ortamının etkisi olduğu görülecektir. Nitekim 23 yıllık süre zarfında hayata temas ederek interaktif bir şekilde inen Kur'an, toplumun algı, düzey ve gelişimine göre hüküm belirlemiştir. Kur'an'ın, hayata dair ilkeleri şekillendirirken mantıklı bir süreç izlemesi; insan ve toplum gerçekliğini gözetmesi ve bu bağlamda bazı hükümleri zamanla değiştirmesi vahyin insan tarafına bakan kısmı itibarıyla faydalı olmuştur. Nesih meselesine esbabı zahiri penceresinden bakıldığında bazı ayetlerin hükmünün değiştirilmesi veya kaldırılmasında tarihsel seyrin ve sürecin etkisi olduğu görülecektir. Teşri sürecinde mantıklı bir mekanizmanın takip edildiği ve insanların her türlü ihtiyaçları gözetilerek nizam kurulduğu anlaşılmaktadırThere has always been considerable debate over one of the significant subjects of scientific study of the Holy Qur'an: Nasih and Mansuh (the abrogater and brogated) verses. An overwhelming majority of scholars acknowledge the abrogation, while for some others, there is no abrogation in the Qur'an itself. From the point of view of those who acknowledge the abrogation, the effect of the environment in which revelation occurs on the abrogation of the verses can easily be observed when considering the reason for the revelation along with the atmosphere it came down. As a matter of fact, being in touch with lives of people and revealed interactively within twenty three years, the Qur'an rules according to the perception, level and progress of the community. Its shaping the principles of life in a plausible sequence, overseeing the realities of humanbeing and the community, thus improving some provisions in time have been beneficial to the humanbeings. Taking a look at the question through a surface cause point of view, it can be concluded that historical events and processes have their roles on the abrogation itself. Finally, it is obvious that a logical mechanism has been followed and every single weakness of man has been regulated with the revelation
