İslam Kelamında Tanrı Hakkında Konuşmanın İmkânı: Din Dili Tartışmaları

Abstract

In this study, we will see how the Kalam scholars, who represent the Islamic theological tradition, approach the question of the possibility of talking about God, and try to put forward the arguments they use to solve the problem. In this respect, our study aims to see the Islamic theological tradition, its approach and solution capacity. Historical detail on the subject has a secondary importance for our study. Therefore, it is not surprising that it is ignored from time to time throughout our study. Although it is evident as a reality that the schools reach different conclusions, the religious approaches that lead them to these conclusions are the result of a vision of god. It is their perception of god that substantially supports their conception of God. Although the possibility of talking about God in the Islamic theological tradition is an approved and agreed subject among theologians, differences have been observed among schools in ?terms of its manifestation, and it can be said that different expressions and conclusions have been reached especially regarding the attributes of God. Their differing attitudes, on the other hand, can be seen as a discourse difference caused by significant differences in approach to scriptures. Our study is limited to the views of Islamic theologians on the subject, and philosophical considerations are excluded from this study.

Bu çalışmamızda İslam teolojik geleneğini temsil eden kelam âlimlerinin tanrıya ilişkin konuşabilmenin imkânı sorununa nasıl yaklaştıklarını ve sorunu çözmekte kullandıkları argümanları ortaya koyma çabası göstereceğiz. Bu yönüyle çalışmamız İslam teolojik geleneğinin konuya yaklaşımını ve çözüm üretme kapasitesini görmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Konuya ilişkin tarihsel detay ise çalışmamız açısından ikincil bir öneme sahiptir. Bu yüzden çalışmamız boyunca zaman zaman görmezden gelinecektir. Ekollerin farklı sonuçlara ulaştıkları bir realite olarak ortada olduğu halde, bu sonuçlara onları ulaştıran dinî yaklaşımlar bir tanrı tasavvurunun sonucudur. Önemli oranda tanrıya ilişkin kanaatlerini destekleyen onların bu tanrı algılarıdır. İslam kelam geleneğinde tanrıya ilişkin konuşma imkânı kelamcılar arasında onaylanmış, üzerinde uzlaşı sağlanmış bir konu olmasına karşın, bunun dışa vurumu konusunda ekoller arasında farklılıklar görülmüş, özellikle Allah’ın sıfatları konusunda farklı ifade ve sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Onların farklılık arz eden bu tutumları ise önemli oranda kutsal metinlere yaklaşım farklılıklarının doğurduğu bir söylem farkı olarak görülebilir. Çalışmamız İslam kelamcılarının konuya ilişkin görüşleri ile sınırlı olup, felsefi değerlendirmeler bu çalışmanın dışında tutulmuştur.
