Abstract

Klasik Türk edebiyatında Süleymân-nâme-i Kebîr adlı eseri ile tanınan Firdevsî-i Rûmî'nin Topkapı Sarayı Müzesi Kütüphanesi Hazine 1533'te kayıtlı olan Süleymân-nâme'nin 55. cildi çalışmamızın ana konusudur. Söz konus cilt transkribe edilmiş ve Latin alfabesine çevrilmiştir. Çalışmamız üç bölüm üzerine kuruludur. Birinci bölümde Firdevsî'nin hayatı, eserleri ve edebî kişiliği hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Süleymân-nâme-i Kebîr'in 55. cildinin imlâ, şekil, dil ile üslup ve muhteva özellikleri hakkında tespit edilen unsurlara değinilmiştir. Ardından Dinî Unsurlar, Tarihî Unsurlar, Tabiat Unsurları temalı başlıklarda ayrıntılı bir değerlendirmenin olduğu inceleme bölümüne yer verilmiştir. Son olarak üçüncü bölümde 55. cildin genel bir tavsifi yapılmış, metnin oluşturulmasında izlenen yola dair malumat verilmiş ve metnin çevirisi sunulmuştur.

The main subject of our study is the 55th volume of the Süleymân-nâme of Firdevsî-i Rûmî, who is know in classical Turkish literature with his work called Süleymân-nâme-i Kebîr and registered in the Topkapı Palace Museum Library Treasury 1533. The volume in question was transcribed and translated into the Latin alphabet. Our study is based on three sections. In the first section, information is given about Firdevsî's life, works and literary personality. In the second section, the elements determined about the spelling, form, language, style and content features of the 55th volume of Süleymân-nâme-i Kebîr are mentioned. Then, a review section is given, which includes a detailed evaluation under the titles of Religious Elements, Historical Elements and Natural Elements. Finally, in the third section, a general description of the 55th volume is given, information is given about the method followed in the creation of the text and a translation of the text is included.
