Muş koşullarında kışlık ekilebilecek aspir (carthamus tinctorius l.) çeşit ve hatlarının belirlenmesi

Abstract

Aspir bitkisi zeytinyağından sonra en kalite yağa sahip olan Anadolu'ya özgü bir yağ bitkisidir. Bu çalışma karasal iklime sahip olan Muş koşullarında kışlık ekime uygun aspir (Carthamus tinctorius L.) çeşit ve hatlarının belirlenmesi amacı ile 2023-2024 yılı kış sezonunda yürütülmüştür. Araştırma tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre üç tekrarlamalı olarak kurulmuştur. Araştırmada yedi tescilli aspir çeşidi ile yurt dışından temin edilen 13 aspir hattı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada incelenen özelliklerden bitki boyu 65.5-94.7 cm, bitkide dal sayısı 5.6-9.0 adet/bitki, tabla sayısı 5.8-12.0 adet/bitki, tablada tohum sayısı 24.6_40.2 adet/tabla, tabla çapı 19.5_26.2 mm, bin tane ağırlığı 29.4_43.7 g, tohum verimi 47.8-139.9 kg/da, yağ oranı % 15.1-36.3, yağ verimi 9.52-44.9 kg/da arasında bulunmuştur. Buna göre Muş şartlarında kışlık olarak tohum verimi yönünden genotipler KYS-3 (139.9 kg/da), ASKON-42 (135.9 kg/da), KYS-4 (124.4 kg/da) ve Yektay (123.7 kg/da), yağ oranı bakımında ise Yektay çeşidi en iyi sonucu vermiş olmakla birlikte yağ oranı %30'un üzerinde olan genotipler sırası ile KYS-8, KYS-11, Balcı, KYS-4 ve Olas olmuştur. Dekara tohum verimi ve yağ verimi yönünden çeşitlerden Yektay, hatlardan ise KYS-4 Muş koşulları için önerilebilecek çeşitler olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Safflower is an oil plant native to Anatolia, which has the highest oil quality after olive oil. This study was carried out in the winter season of 2023-2024 to determine safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) varieties and lines for winter sowing in Muş province having continental climate. The experiment was established completely randomized to coincidence blocks design with theree replications. In the study, seven registered safflower varieties and 13 safflower lines were used. Plant height varied between 65.5-94.7 cm, number of branches per plant 5.6-9.0 pcs/plant, number of trays 5.8-12.0 pcs/plant, number of seeds per tray 24.6-40.2 pcs/tray, tray diameter 19.5-26.2 mm, thousand grain weight 29.4-43.7 g, seed yield 47.8-139.9 kg/da, oil content 15.1-36.3 %, oil yield 9,52-44.9 kg/da were found among the traits examined in the research. According to the results, KYS-3 (139.9 kg/da), ASKON-42 (135.9 kg/da), KYS-4 (124.4 kg/da) and (Yektay 123.7 kg/da) were the best genotypes in terms of seed yield and Yektay variety gave the best results in terms of oil content, but the genotypes with oil content above 30% were KYS-8, KYS-11, Balcı, KYS-4 and Olas, respectively. In terms of seed yield and oil yield per decare for Muş province conditions, Yektay and KYS-4 could be recommended.
