Feodal Topluma Alternatif Bir Bakış: Tipler

Abstract

This work is the product of thinking how socialtypes can be used in the sense of society. Society cannot be explainedindependently from the human beings who make it up. The idea of social types isimportant because it provides and alternative perspective for understandingindividuals in the context of the society they live in. In this paper, Feudal Europeis chosen for the purpose of an analysis of social types. Feudal Europeansociety is mainly composed of three social strata, which in turn can beunderstood as social types: the nobility, clergy and the serfdom. The studyalso focuses on the merchant category as an intermediary social type. Because, merchants in feudal society had a special position that allowed them interactwith all other social types. Therefore, the merchants are crucial inunderstanding the feudal society. An analysis of feudal society based on thesefour categories of social types reveals that the feudal European society wasshaped by relations of security, production, allegiance and trade.

Buçalışma sosyal tiplerin toplumu anlamada nasıl kullanılabileceği düşüncesininürünüdür. Toplum kendisini oluşturan insanlar olmadan anlaşılamaz bir bütündür.Bu çerçevede sosyal tip düşüncesi topluma dair sağladığı alternatif bakışaçıları nedeniyle önemlidir. Belirtilenler neticesinde Feodal Avrupa, çalışmadaki sosyal tiplerin analiz alanı olarak seçilmiştir. Feodal Avrupa, toplumsal tip olarak da ifade edilebilecek başlıca üç toplumsal tabakadanoluşmuştur. Bunlar; Soylular, Din Adamları ve Serflerdir. Ancak çalışma aynızamanda tacir olarak adlandırılan ek bir sosyal tip üzerinde daha durmaktadır.Çünkü tacir feodal toplum içerisinde diğer tiplerle girdiği etkileşimdolayısıyla ayrıcalıklı bir konumdadır. Bu yüzden Feodal toplumu anlamak içintacir önemli bir noktadadır. Bu çerçevede dört sosyal tip üzerinden incelenenFeodal Avrupa toplumu güvenlik ilişkileri, üretim, tabiiyet ve ticaretüzerinden şekillenmiştir.
