dc.description.abstractThe aim of the research is to contribute to the literature by conceptually evaluating Kahramanmaras Thematic Cuisine Museum and Ice Cream Museum within the framework of gastronomy tourism, special interest tourism and gastronomy-themed museums. In the study, the perspective was expanded by making comparisons between other gastronomy-themed museums in different parts of the world and in Turkey, and the place and importance of Kahramanmaras Thematic Cuisine Museum and Ice Cream Museums were tried to be emphasized by referring to the different aspects of the other gastronomy-themed museums. Information about the establishment date, thematic content and services of both museums are given. In the study, descriptive analysis method, one of the qualitative data collection methods, was used. In the data collection process, interview technique and observation were used. As a result, it is understood that Gastronomy-themed museums are an important attraction factor in gastronomy tourism. In this context, the view that the study plays an important role in the importance of gastronomy-themed museums, the preservation of cultural heritage and its transfer to future generations is supported.en_US
dc.description.abstractArastirmanin amaci Kahramanmaras Tematik Mutfak Müzesi ve Dondurma Müzesi’nin, gastronomi turizmi ve gastronomi temali müzeler çerçevesinde kavramsal olarak degerlendirerek literatüre katkida bulunmaktir. Çalismada Kahramanmaras Tematik Mutfak Müzesi ve Dondurma Müzelerinin diger gastronomi temali müzelerinden farkli olan yönlerine deginilerek yeri ve önemi vurgulanmaya çalisilmistir. Her iki müzenin de kurulus tarihi, tematik içerigi ve sunmus oldugu hizmetler ile ilgili bilgiler verilmistir. Çalismada nitel veri toplama yöntemlerinden betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanilmistir. Veri toplama sürecinde görüsme teknigi ve gözlemden faydalanilmistir. Sonuç olarak Gastronomi temali müzelerin gastronomi turizminde önemli bir çekicilik unsuru oldugu anlasilmaktadir. Bu kapsamda çalismanin gastronomi temali müzelerin önemi, somut olmayan kültürel mirasin korunmasi ve gelecek nesillere aktarilmasi konusunda önemli rol üstlenerek bir çekicilik unsuru oldugu görüsü desteklenmektedir.en_US
