In an age where global competition is shaping from labor to knowledge, the importance of information is increasing day by day. Countries that adapt to this rise are in an effort to fully adapt their factors of production to this change. However It is a matter of curiosity how the unqualified labor migration from countries that have not yet adapted to the information age and whose development has not reached the desired level affects host country economies.
