Boşama Hakkındaki Bir Hadisin Tahlili

Abstract

Kur’an-ıKerim’de Allah’a ibadet emredildikten sonra, anne babaya ihsânda bulunmakemredilmiş, ebeveyne “öf” diyerek surat asmak dahi yasaklanmıştır. Buna paralelolarak hadislerde de Allah’ın rızasının anne-babanın rızasında olduğuzikredilerek onlara itaatin ehemmiyeti dile getirilmiştir. Peki, anne babaya“talâk” yani boşama konusunda da itaat etmek gerekli midir? Bu makalede, babasının talebi üzerine Hz. Peygamber’in İbn Ömer’e “eşini boşa” dediği birrivayet, tespit ve anlama bağlamında ele alınmıştır. Konu hakkında âlimleringörüşleri de verildikten sonra rivayet farklı bir açıdan değerlendirilerekdoğru anlaşılması amaçlanmıştır.

Afterbeing ordered to worship Allah in the Qur'an, they were ordered to do good totheir parents, and they were banned even to say “öf”. Parallel to this, it ismentioned in the hadiths that Allah’s resentment is related to the resentmentof the parents, and the importance of obey was expressed to them. Well, is itnecessary to listen to your parents'words about “talâk”? In this article, anarration that the Prophet said to Ibn Umar at his father's request that“divorce your wife” was handled in the context of detection and comprehension.After the views of the scholars about the subject are given, it is aimed tounderstand and interpret the narration from a different angle.
