Serbest Piyasa Politikasının 19. Yüzyıl İngiliz Emperyalizmine Katkısı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Sanayi Devrimi ile birlikte kendi imgesinde bir dünya yaratmaya çalışan İngiltere’nin serbest piyasaya dayalı eko-politikasının tarihsel durumunu; 19. yüzyılda savunduğu serbest piyasa düşüncesinin emperyal temelleri incelenmektedir. Serbest piyasanın ulusların zenginliğini oluşturduğuna dair entelektüel çabanın hegemonik bir güce dönüşmeye çalışan İngiltere’nin emperyal ideolojisini oluşturduğu ileri sürülmektedir. 19. yüzyılda kendi çevresinde bir dünya ekonomisi oluşturmaya çalışan İngiltere’nin dönemsel olarak uyguladığı kapitalist ve teritoryal stratejilerinin farklılığı analiz edilmektedir. Çalışmada, dünya ekonomisi oluşturmaya çalışan İngiltere’nin diğer ekonomi biçimlerini ve onların ürettiği ürünleri, hegemon bir güç olarak kendi ekonomik gereksinimleri bağlamında nasıl yapılandırdığı tartışılmaktadır.

In this study was aim to analyse the England’s historical situation of eco-politics based on free market which was trying to create a World in its own imagination together with Industry Revolution as well as the foundation of thought of free market it defended in the 19th century. It was be claimed that the intellectual effort regarding the belief that free market form the wealth of nation constitutes the emperial ideology of England which was trying to transform into a hegemonic power. The capitalist and territorral strategical differences of England, which was trying to create a World economics in its own axis in the 19th century, was be analysed. In the study, how England which was trying to form a World economics constructed the other economical formats and the products they created in terms of its own economical needs as on hegemonic power was be discussed
