Psikolojik Sermayenin Bireysel Performansa Etkisi: Hemşireler Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmasağlık hizmetlerinin önemli bir parçası olan hemşirelerde psikolojik sermayedüzeylerinin belirlenmesi ve psikolojik sermayenin bireysel performansaetkisini ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma Malatya’da bir kamuhastanesinde 150 hemşireden elde edilen veriler doğrultusundagerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama araçlarıolarak yararlanılan ölçekler Luthansvd., (2007)’nin geliştirdiği; Çetin ve Basım (2012)’ın Türkçeye adaptasyonçalışmasını yaptığı Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeği ile Schepers (2005)’ın geliştiripÖzpehlivan (2015)’nın geçerlilik güvenirlik çalışmasını yaptığı BireyselPerformans Ölçeği’nden yararlanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde sayı-yüzdelikhesaplama, frekans, t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, pearson kolerasyonanalizi, basit ve çoklu regresyon analizi yöntemleri uygulanmıştır. Buçalışmada psikolojik sermayenin ve alt boyutlarından öz yeterlilik altboyutunun bireysel performansı istatiksel açıdan anlamlı ve pozitif yöndeetkilediği belirlenmiştir.

This study was carried out to determine psychologicalcapital levels of nurses who are an important part of health services and toshow the effect of psychological capital on individual performance. The studywas carried out in accordance with the data obtained from 150 nurses in apublic hospital in Malatya. The scales used as data collection tools weredeveloped by Luthans et al. (2007), and the psychological capital scaledeveloped by Cetin and Basım (2012) for Turkish adaptation study was developedby Schepers (2005). The validity reliability study used its individualperformance scale. In the analysis of the data, number-percentage calculation, frequency, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, pearson correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis methods were applied. In this study, itwas determined that the self-efficacy sub-dimension of the psychological capitaland its sub-dimensions affected the individual performance statisticallysignificant and positively.
