Bir Siyaset Kurumu Eleştirisi Örneği: "Politikada Bir Sarıçizmeli”

Abstract

Siyaset, en kısa ifadesiyle devletlerin yönetilmesidir. Ülkelerin idare edilmesi ve kalkınmasında çok önemli bir yere sahip olan siyaset kurumu; tarih, sosyoloji, iktisat, ekonomi vb. birçok alanla ilintili olan bir kurumdur. Bu tür alanlardan/bilimlerden hareketle ilgili dönemin devlet yönetimi, politikaları, politikacıları vb. hakkında çeşitli bilgiler elde edilebilir. Edebiyat sahasında ise şiir, roman, anı, günlük, seyahatname vb. türlerden hareketle ilgili dönemlerin sosyo-politik izlerine ulaşılabilir. Bu çalışma, 1980 yılında yayımlanmış olan Politikada Bir Sarıçizmeli romanından hareketle ilgili dönemdeki siyaset kurumlarının toplumdaki yansımalarını ve bu kurumlardaki yozlaşmaları/eksiklikleri tespit etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Politikada Bir Sarıçizmeli romanı, politika muhabirliği yapan ve bu süreçte siyaset kurumunu ve politikacıları yakından tanıma imkânı bulan Recep Bilginer tarafından kaleme alınmıştır. Çalışmada bu romanın seçilmesinin temel gerekçesi de yazarın bu özelliğidir.

Politics, in the shortest expression, is the governance of states. Political institution which has a very important place in the management and development of countries; history, sociology, economics, etc. is an institution that is related to many fields. Based on such fields / sciences obtainable various information about state administration, policies, politicians and so on. In the field of literature; poetry, novels, memoirs, diaries, travel writings and so on type. socio-political traces of the period related to the movement from species can be reached. This study aims to determine the reflections of the political institutions in the society and the corruptions /deficiencies in the society motion from the Politikada Bir Sarıçizmeli novel published in 1980. The novel Politikada Bir Sarıçizmeli was written by Recep Bilginer who a political reporter and had the opportunity to get to know the political institution and politicians in this process. The main reason for the selection of this novel in the study is this feature of the author.
