Hz. Ömer'in Teravih Namazıyla İlgili Uygulamasının Fakihlerin İhtilafındaki Rolü

Abstract

Hz. Ömer, Rasûlullâh’ın (s.a.v) en yakın arkadaşlarındanbiri olmasından dolayı teşrîin ruhunu iyi derecede kavramış ve fıkhî konulardaönde gelen sahâbeden biri olmuştur. Henüz Hz. Peygamber hayatta iken farkedilen Hz. Ömer’in fıkhî konulardaki mahareti, onun Hz. Ebu Bekir dönemindeyargı kurumunun başına gelmesini sağlamıştır. Hz. Ömer’in fıkhî yeteneği veelde ettiği müktesebat, halife olduktan sonra karşılaştığı problemleriaşmasında etkili olmuştur. Hz. Ömer’in halifeliği sırasında yaptığıuygulamaları sonraki dönemlerde farklı şekillerde anlaşılmış ve bu konularlailgili ihtilaflar oluşmuştur. Üzerinde farklı görüşlerin oluştuğu konulardanbiri, teravih namazının cemaatle kılınmasının hükmü hakkındadır. Bu konuda ikifarklı görüş söz konusudur. Birisi Ehl-i sünnet, diğeri de Şîa ekolünün teravihnamazı ile ilgili birbirinden tamamen farklı değerlendirmeleridir. İşte bu makalede birbirinden farklı iki görüşele alınmıştır. Ayrıca Ehl-i sünnet ve Şîa’nın teravih namazının cemaatlekılınması meselesini dayandırdıkları deliller incelenmiştir. Ehl-i Sünnetâlimlerinin, Şîa’nın söylemlerine yönelik itirazlar ele alınmıştır. Öte yandanŞîa’nın delillerini test etme açısından Hz. Ali’nin teravih namazının cemaatile kılınmasına bakış açısını, dahası bu konuda Hz. Ömer’in uygulamasını nasıldeğerlendirdiği konunun kapsamına dâhil edilmiştir. Bu anlamda Şiî âlimlerinHz. Ali’ye nispet ettikleri, teravih namazını bid?at olarak gördüğü ve bunuengellemeye çalıştığı yönündeki rivayeti de inceleme altına alınmıştır. Şîa’nınHz. Ömer’e karşı bakış açısının kurguladıkları cemaatle teravih namazına karşıtutumlarına ve Ehl-i sünnet ile Şîa arasındaki mezhepsel farklılıklara yönelikyansıması tespit edilmiştir. Tarihte Şîa’nın bu tutumundan dolayı cemaatleteravih namazının kılınması ile ilgili yapılan tutumlar da incelenmiş, Şiîyöneticilerin teravih namazıyla ilgili tavırları nedeniyle ehl-i sünnetnezdinde nasıl değerlendirildiği ele alınmıştır.

?Umar, Since he was one of the closest friends of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), he alsohad a good understanding of the spirit of making laws and became one of theleading companions on fiqh issues. The ability of ?Umar’s onthe fiqh subjects, who was noticed while the Prophet (pbuh) was alive, made him to the head of thejudicial institution during the time of Ab? Bakr. ?Umar’s fiqhability and acquis were effective in overcoming the problems he faced after hehad became the caliph. ?Umar's practices during his caliphatewere understood in different ways in the following periods and disputesoccurred on these issues. One of these issues on which different views areformed is about the provision of the tarawih prayer with the congregation.Thus, there are two different views on this issue. One is the school of Ahl-alSunnah’s and the other are completely different assessments of the Shia schoolregarding tarawih prayer. Here, two different opinions arediscussed in this article. In addition, the proofs that the Ahl al-Sunnah andShia are based on the issue of performing the tarawih prayer with thecongregation were examined. In this regard, the objections of the Ahl al-Sunnahscholars towards the discourses of Shia were discussed. On the other hand, interms of testing the evidence of Shia, the point of view of performing thetarawih prayer of ?Al? with the congregation, andmoreover, how he evaluated the practice of ?Umar inthis regard is included in the scope of this issue. In this sense, the rumorwhich the Shia scholars regarded the tarawih prayer that they attributed to ?Al? , as abid’ah and tried to prevent it was also examined. Here, as a result, it wasdetermined that the viewpoint of Shia against ?Umar wasreflected both in their attitudes about the tarawih prayer with thecongregation and in the sectariandifferences between the Ahl al-Sunnah and Shia. Throughout history, theattitudes towards performing the tarawih prayer with the congregation due tothis attitude of Shia were also examined, and how the Shiite rulers wereevaluated in the face of the Ahl-al Sunnah because of their attitude towardstarawih prayer was also handled.
