Eskiçağ Mezopotamyası'nda Tanrı Algısı

Abstract

Antik Mezopotamya coğrafyasında yaşamış toplumların dini ritüelleri ile ilgili yapılan arkeolojik, filolojik ve akademik çalışmalarda, bu toplumların dinsel ve tanrısal yaklaşımları yansıtılmaktadır. Söz konusu çalışmalar neticesinde elde edilen bilgiler ışığında, Mezopotamya da varlık göstermiş toplumların genelinde tanrıların varoluş gerekçesine olan ilginin ve bu tanrıların özelliklerinin neler olduğu üzerinde durulmuştur. Eski Mezopotamya toplumlarında, tanrılarının yaratılışı ile varlık gerekçelerinin yaşantılarına olan etkileri üzerinde durulmuştur. Mezopotamyalıların bu tanrılarla ilgili hayata olan bakış açıları ve inançları çerçevesinde, tanrılarına karşı yerine getirmekle yükümlü oldukları görevlerinin de neler olduğu işlenmiştir. Mezopotamyalıların mistik/gizemli düşünce dünyaları ile bilinçaltına anlam verilerek o dönemin inanç dünyasında, toplumların tanrıları ile ilgili kavramlarının neler olduğu bu ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.

In archaeological, philological and academic studies about the religious rituals of the communities that lived in the geography of Ancient Mesopotamia, the religious and divine approaches of these societies are reflected. In the light of the information obtained in the context of these studies, the interest of the existence of the gods in the whole of the Mesopotamian societies and the characteristics of these gods have been emphasized. In ancient Mesopotamian societies, the creation of the gods and the reflection of the gods on their causes of existence are emphasized. Within the framework, Mesopotamians’ views and beliefs concerning these gods, the tasks they are obliged to perform against their gods have been handled. Meanings have been given to the Mesopotamian's mystical / mysterious thought worlds and subconscious, so it has been attempted to put forward what the concept of the gods of the society was in their world of faith.
