Tefsir usûlü açısından illet-hikmet merkezli yorumların analizi: Et-Tahrîr ve't-Tenvîr örneği

Abstract

Araştırmamızın konusu, hükmün konulmasına veya değiştirilmesine sebep olan mana olarak tarif edilen illet kavramı ile hükmün konulmasıyla gerçekleştirilmek istenen maslahat olarak tanımlanan hikmet kavramına yönelik yorumları tefsir disiplini içerisinde et-Tahrîr ve't-Tenvîr tefsiri örneğinde analiz edip değerlendirmeye tabi tutmaktır. Bu amaçla ayetlere getirilen yorumlardan hareketle hem Kur'ân'ın üslûbu ve anlaşılmasıyla ilgili tefsir usûlünün temel konuları hem de hükmi bağlamda ibadet konuları ilgili illet ve hikmetlere dair yorumlar incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme İbn Âşûr'un et-Tahrîr ve't-Tenvîr adlı tefsiri merkeze alınarak yapılmıştır. Çalışmada tefsir ana bilim dalının pratik uygulaması olarak kabul edilen Hz Peygamber'den günümüze kadar yapılan tefsir ve tefsir usûlü çalışmalarında takip edilen yöntemlere riayet etmeye özen gösterdik. Analitik ve bilimsel yöntemleri kullanarak oluşturmaya çalıştığımız algoritmaları bir konsensüs zemininde buluşturmaya çalıştık. Bu konsensüsün şekil ve mana açısından birbiriyle uyumlu hale gelebilmesi için de başlıksal ve maddesel bir simetri yöntemini takip ettik. Bu araştırmada illet ve hikmet kavramlarının tefsir ilmi açısından hangi anlamlarda kullanıldıklarını ve tefsir usûlü konuları ile ibadetlerin illet ve hikmetlerinin neler olduğunu İbn Âşûr'un et-Tahrîr ve't-Tenvîr isimli tefsirinden hareketle tespit ettik. Ulaştığımız sonuca göre Kur'ân'ın anlaşılmasına katkı sunan tefsir usûlü konularının ve Allah'ın kullarına emrettiği ibadetlerin her birisinin bir illet çerçevesinde ve bünyesinde pek çok hikmet barındırdığını müşahade ettik. Anahtar Kelimeler: Tefsir, İbn Âşûr, illet, hikmet.The subject of our research is to analyze and evaluate the interpretations of the concept of illaq, which is defined as the meaning that causes the judgment to be made or changed, and the concept of hikmat, which is defined as the maslahat desired to be realized by the establishment of the judgment, within the discipline of tafsir in the example of al-Tahrīr wa al-Tanwīr tafsir. For this purpose, based on the interpretations of the verses, both the basic issues of the method of exegesis related to the style and understanding of the Qur'an and the interpretations of the causes and wisdoms related to the issues of worship in the judicial context are analyzed. This examination is centered on Ibn 'Ashūr's tafsīr al-Tahrīr wa't-Tanwīr. In the study, we have taken care to follow the methods used in tafsir and tafsir methodology studies from the Prophet Muhammad's time to the present day, which are accepted as the practical application of the main discipline of tafsir. We tried to bring together the algorithms we created using analytical and scientific methods on a consensus basis. In order for this consensus to be harmonious in terms of form and meaning, we followed a method of titular and material symmetry. In this research, we have determined the meanings of the concepts of cause and wisdom in terms of the science of tafsir and the causes and wisdoms of the subjects of the method of tafsir and the acts of worship based on Ibn 'Ashūr's tafsir al-Tahrīr wa't-Tanwīr.
