A massive need for humans is to have sustainable agriculture and pure environment as it is considered the main source of every life aspect. Increasing the green area will in turn reduce the serious, severe, and fast changes in the climate of the planet. To provide solutions for this dilemma, research is more directed nowadays to find good, applicable, and eco-friendly solutions. The first mission of good biotechnology and nanotechnology research is to solve problems by innovating new technologies or even enhancing old ones. Therefore currently, new technologies released in both fields. As the plants microbiome and their interactions with the plants are studied by molecular biotechnological approaches to collect the data, it is said to be multiomics data. Then, computational methods are used to analyze these data, through different modern programs, applications, and databases for every set of data type, which increases mainly the concern of bioinformatics and its different tools to analyze complex biological data. Some of these experiments were already done with low-cost and green techniques providing positive results in agronomy, such as bioremediation, biological control, and the biosynthesis of nanoparticles. This chapter will be concise and accurate in proving the knowledge for these multiple and various ways to achieve the goals of having a healthy ecosystem. © 2023 Elsevier Inc.
