Spor bilimleri fakültesi öğrencilerinin öğrenci-akademisyen etkileşimi akademik güdülenme ve okul tükenmişliği ilişkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, spor bilimleri fakültesi öğrencilerinin öğrenci-akademisyen etkileşimi, akademik güdülenme ve okul tükenmişliği arasındaki nedensel ilişkileri belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, beş kamu üniversitesi spor bilimleri fakültesinin farklı bölümlerinde öğrenim gören 575 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Bu araştırmada, veri toplama yöntemi olarak alan araştırması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak, demografik bilgiler, öğrenme-öğretme süreçlerindeki yeterlilikleri anketi, akademik güdülenme ölçeği ve maslach tükenmişlik ölçeği-öğrenci formu olmak üzere dört bölümden oluşan soru formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın hipotezlerini test etmek amacıyla, verilerin analizinde aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma ve frekans/yüzde gibi betimsel istatistiklerin yanında, yol (path) analizi yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, öğrenci-akademisyen etkileşimi ölçeği, akademik güdülenme ölçeği ve okul tükenmişlik ölçeğinin, geçerlik ve güvenirliği kanıtlanmıştır. Ayrıca öğrencilerin öğrenci-akademisyen etkileşim düzeyleri ile akademik güdülenme düzeyleri arasında doğrudan pozitif ilişki olduğu, öğrenci-akademisyen etkileşim düzeyi ile okul tükenmişlik düzeyleri ve akademik güdülenme düzeyleri ile okul tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasında doğrudan negatif ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. This study aimed to determine the causal relationships between student-academic interaction, academic motivation, and school burnout among students in the Faculty of Sports Sciences. The sample consisted of 575 students studying in different departments of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at five public universities. Field research was used as the data collection method. The data collection tool consisted of a questionnaire with four sections: demographic information, a questionnaire on competencies in learning and teaching processes, an academic motivation scale, and the Maslach Burnout Scale-Student form. To test the hypotheses of the study, descriptive statistics such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and frequency/percentage were used in the analysis of the data, along with path analysis. According to the findings, the validity and reliability of the student-academic interaction scale, the academic motivation scale, and the school burnout scale were proven. Furthermore, it was found that there is a direct positive relationship between students' levels of student-academic interaction and their levels of academic motivation, and a direct negative relationship between the level of student-academic interaction and their levels of school burnout, as well as between their levels of academic motivation and their levels of school burnout.
