FILISTIN MESELESI: SAVASIN FINANSMANI BAGLAMINDA BIR ANALIZ

Abstract

Ilk insandan beri var olan savas daha önce basit silahlar ile yapilirken günümüzde daha teknolojik ve maliyetli silahlar ile yapilmaktadir. Artan bu maliyetler savasin finansal boyotunu önemli hale getirmektedir. Ingiliz mandasinda bulunan Filistin halkinin topraklarinin Yahudilere verilmesi ve göç yoluyla buradaki demografik yapinin degistirilmesi hatta bu degistirme eyleminin siddet yoluyla desteklenmesi ve bu siddete Filistin halkinin karsilik vermesi sonucu mesele kronik bir hale gelmistir. Iki kutup arasinda yasanan bu sürekli savas ayni zamanda önemli finansal kaynaklar gerektirmistir. Bir taraftan geçmisten beri ABD tarafinda finanse edilen Israil diger tarafta bölgedeki çikarlarini korumak isteyen devletler ve devlet disi aktörler tarafindan finanse edilen Hamas bulunmaktadir. Çözümsüzlüge mahkûm olan bu mesele Orta Dogu için gün geçtikçe daha büyük bir tehdit haline gelmektedir. Çalismada meselenin özü ve finansal boyutu ortaya konulmaya çalisilacaktir.

While war, which has existed since the first man, was previously fought with simple weapons, today, it is fought with more technological and costly weapons. These increasing costs make the financial aspect of the war important. The issue has become chronic as a result of the British mandate giving the lands of the Palestinian people to the Jews and changing the demographic structure there through immigration, and even supporting this act of change through violence, and the Palestinian people responding to this violence. This constant war between the two poles has also required significant financial resources. On the one hand, there is Israel, which has always been financed by the USA, and on the other hand, there is Hamas, which has been financed by states and non-state actors that want to protect their interests in the region. This issue, which is doomed to remain unresolved, is becoming a greater threat to the Middle East each day. The study will try to reveal the essence and financial dimension of the issue.
