Suyûtî’nin hadis ilmindeki kadın hocaları

Abstract

Hadis tarihi boyunca hadis ilmiyle sadece erkek Alimler meşgul olmamış; kadın muhaddisler de bu ilmin gelişmesinde, ciddi emek sarf etmişlerdir. Muhaddisler, kadın-erkek ayrımı yapmaksızın birbirinden istifade etmişlerdir. Hadis sahasında meşhur olmuş bazı Alimler (İbn Hacer, Suyûtî gibi) kendi hocalarını tanıtan eserler yazmışlardır. Bu eserlerinde hocalarının hal tercemelerini verirken, kadın hocalarını da tanıtmışlardır. Suyûtî’nin semA‘ ve icAzet yoluyla ders aldığı kadın hocalarını tanıtmaya çalıştığımız bu makalede; onun el-Muncem fi’l Mu’cem adlı eseri esas alınmıştır. Suyûtî, bu eserinde rastgele her hocasını tanıtmamış, birtakım ölçütlere göre, ilk üç tabakaya giren hocalarının her tabakasını remizlerle ayırt ederek tanıtmıştır. Suyûtî’nin ders aldığı kadın hocaların çoğu, o dönemin Alimlerinin yakın çevresinden kimselerdir. Suyûtî kadın hocalarını tanıtırken onların okuduğu eserleri de kısmen belirtmiştir. Kendisinin de bu kadın hocalardan birçok eser okuduğunu ifade etmiştir. Kadın muhaddislerin, hadis ilminin gelişmesinde ve muhaddislerin yetişmesinde büyük hizmetleri olmuştur.

Throughout the history of Hadith the scholars engaged in the knowledge of Hadith have not only been male, but women muhaddithaat have also worked hard for the development of this science. Muhaddithaat have benefitted from each other without discriminating between male and female. Some scholars who became famous in the field of Hadith like Ibn Hajar and Suyiti have written the works introducing their teachers. As they have interpreted the attitudes of their teachers, they have introduced their female teachers as well in these works. Al-Suyiti's work called al-Munjam fi'l Mu'jam has been taken as a basis in this article where we have been trying to promote the female teachers from whom Suyiti learned through sama and ijazat. In this work Suyiti did not introduce his every teacher randomly but introduced each category of the teachers falling into the first three categories according to some criteria by differentiating them with symbols. Most of the female teachers of Suyiti are from those who are within the close environment of the scholars of that period. When introducing his female teachers, Suyiti also partially mentioned the works his teachers read. He stated that he read many works of these women teachers. The services of female muhaddithaat for the development of the science of Hadith and for the training of muhaddithaat has been great.
