Özet

This study was carried out in 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 growing seasons under rainfall conditions in Diyarbakir. 20 bread wheat lines and 5 control varieties were used as genetic material. The experiment was designed as a randomized block design with 3 replications. According to ANOVA analysis, all the properties examined were found significant at p <= 0.01 level. Additionally, GGE-biplot analysis was performed to present the best performing genotypes visually. In terms of grain yield, G16 had the highest grain yield. while G12 and G23 were genotypes with high grain yield and stability. In this study, G16, G17, G18, G19, G21, and G23 were best performing lines in terms of and many quality properties (i.e.. protein content. zeleny sedimentation value. and wet gluten). As a result, these lines are suggested to be the best candidates for new varieties and advantageous to use them as genitors in breeding studies focusing on yield or quality.
