On phi-Contraction Type CouplIngs in Partial Metric Spaces

Abstract

Recently, Choudhury et al. [18] introduced the concept of a coupling. Based on this concept, the notion of phi-contractions type couplings on the class of partial metric spaces is initiated and the existence of strong coupled fixed points is ensured. Our main results generalize and extend the ones of [18] to partial metric spaces. We present some concrete examples to support our obtained results.
