Karayolu Yük Taşımacılığında Kullanılan Standart Treyler Seçimine Etki Eden Faktörlerin Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi ve TOPSIS Yöntemleri ile Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Taşımacılıkişletmelerinin ve operatörlerin farklı tür, marka ve özelliklere sahiptreylerler arasında en uygun ve en iyi treyleri seçebilmek için sarf ettikleriçaba her geçen gün artmaktadır. Genel bir perspektifte değerlendirildiğinde, standart treylerler seçimi çok sayıda faktörün etki ettiği son derece karmaşıkbir süreçtir. Treyler seçim sürecinde rasyonel sonuçların elde edilebilmesiiçin karar verme probleminin çok kriterli karar alma metodolojilerindenfaydalanılarak çözülmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi(AHP) yöntemi ile TOPSIS yöntemleri seçilmiş, her iki yöntem entegre edilerekhibrid bir model olarak uygulanmak yerine, ayrı ayrı uygulanarak, her iki yöntemlegerçekleştirilen analiz sonucunda elde edilen çıktılar değerlendirilmiştir.Ortaya çıkan sonuçların değişkenlik göstermesi durumunda bunun olası nedenleritartışılmıştır.

Nowadays, transportation companies and operators are making an increased effort in orderto select the best and proper standard trailer among the various trailers thatare different brands, types, and specifications. When it is evaluated in ageneral perspective, the selection of the best standard trailer is an extremelycomplex process that is affected by many factors and variables. In order toobtain rational results in the trailer selection process, this kind ofdecision-making problem can only be solved using the multi-criteriadecision-making methodologies. In this study, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and TOPSIS method were selected and both of them were separately appliedinstead of using a hybrid model that integrated both of them. The results ofeach implementation were evaluated. In case of the obtained results aredifferent, potential reasons for that were discussed.
