İmam Kuşeyrî'nin Hallâc-ı Mansûr'u Müdafaası

Abstract

The execution of Hallâc-ı Mansûr because of his views left deep traces in the world of Islamic thought. Critics criticized him for his shathiye type words. The defenders, on the other hand, described him as a martyred Sufi who adhered to the Ahl as-Sunnah doctrine. Although Imam Kuşeyrî included biographies of eighty-three Sufis in his work called er-Risale, he did not include Hallâc-ı Mansûr. This situation can be attributed to Imam Kuseyri's effort to prove that Sufism originates from the Book and Sunnah and the concern of being misunderstood. Despite this, Imam Kuseyri's inclusion of Hallâcı Mansûr's views is an implicit response to the criticisms to be made against him because he did not include his biography. In this research, the implicit answers that Imam Kuşeyri wants to give to those who criticize Hallâc-ı Mansûr will be examined.

Hallâc-ı Mansûr’un dile getirdiği görüşleri sebebiyle idam edilmesi, İslâm fikir dünyasında derin izler bırakmıştır. Tenkit edenler, şathiye türü sözlerinden dolayı onu hulûl ve ittihat inancına sahip bir zındık olarak görüp eleştirmişlerdir. Savunanlar ise onu Ehl-i Sünnet akidesine bağlı şehit bir sûfî olarak nitelendirmişlerdir. İmam Kuşeyrî er-Risale adlı eserinde, seksen üç sûfînin biyografisine yer vermesine rağmen Hallâc-ı Mansûr’a yer vermemiştir. Bu durum İmam Kuşeyrî’nin tasavvufu Kitap ve Sünnet kaynaklı olduğunu ispat etme çabası ve yanlış anlaşılma kaygısına bağlanılabilir. Buna rağmen er-Risale’de Hallâcı Mansûr’un görüşlerine yer vermesi bilhassa kitabın başında yer alan “tevhîd” bölümünde Yüce Allah’ın zâtını, sıfatlarını ve fiillerini tenzih eden sözlerini nakletmesi, Hallâc-ı Mansûr’un biyografisine yer vermemiş olması üzerinden ona yapılacak eleştirilere üstü kapalı bir cevap niteliğindedir. Bu araştırmada İmam Kuşeyrî’nin er-Risale’de Hallâc-ı Mansûr’dan yaptığı nakiller temel alınarak Hallâc-ı Mansûr’un münekkitlerine vermek istediği zımni cevaplar incelenecektir.
