İbn Ebü'l-‘İzz'in Kur'ân'ın Kur'ân'la Tefsir Metoduna Yaklaşımı

Abstract

Tefsir yapılırken Kur’ân’ın ıstılahlarına, kalıp ifadelerine; âyetlerin siyakına ve Kur’ân’ın bütünlüğüne riayet etmek son derece önem verilmesi gereken bir husustur. Bunun için müfessirler, Kur’ân’ı öncelikle bu tefsir metoduna göre anlamaya çalışmış ve bunun ehemmiyetine dikkat çekmişlerdir. İbn Ebü’l-‘İz, yaşadığı dönemde etkili bir âlim olan İbn Teymiyye ve öğrencilerinden etkilenerek Kur’ân’ı Kur’ân ile tefsir etmeye önem vermiştir. Zira İbn Teymiyye, Kur’ân’ı Kur’ân ile tefsir etmenin en güzel tefsir metodu olduğunu belirtmiş, öğrencileri de bu metodun önemine vurgu yapmışlardır. İbn Ebü’l-‘İz, ilme ve âlimlere ulaşmanın son derece kolay olduğu bir dönemde ve coğrafyada dünyaya gelmiş ve hayatını sürdürmüştür. Ancak söz konusu dönem, siyasî ve mezhebî taassuptan dolayı bazı âlimlerin baskı gördüğü bir zaman dilimi olmuştur. Bu âlimlerden biri olan İbn Ebü’l-‘İz, bu baskılara direnmiş ve doğru bildiğini söylemekten ve yazmaktan geri durmamıştır. Bunun için bazı sıkıntılara maruz kalmış ve dört ay hapsedilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, önce Kur’ân’ı Kur’ân ile tefsir etme metodu hakkında kısaca bilgi verilecek, ardından İbn Ebü’l-‘İzz’in hayatı, eserleri ve ilmî kişiliği ele alınacaktır. Son olarak onun bu metot çerçevesinde yaptığı tefsirlerin üzerinde durulacaktır.

When interpreting the Qur’an, the terms and patterns of the Qur’an, it is of extreme importance to comply with the siyaq of the verses and the integrity of the Qur’an. For this reason, commentators tried to understand the Qur’an according to this interpretation method, drawing attention to the importance of this method. Ibn Abi'l-Iz was influenced by Ibn Taymiyya, an influential scholar, and his students, and gave importance to interpreting the Qur'an with the Qur'an. Because Ibn Taymiyya argued that interpreting the Qur’an with the Qur’an is the most beautiful interpretation method, and his students also emphasized the importance of this method. Ibn Abu’l-’Iz was born to the world and continued his life in a period and geographical area when it was extremely easy to access science and scholars. However, the same period was also a period when some scholars were oppressed because of political and sectarian bigotry. Ibn Abu’l-’Iz, who was one of the scholars exposed to oppression, resisted these and did not hesitate to say and write what he thought was true. He also faced some difficulties in this respect. Ibn Abu’l-’Iz suffered from some hardships and was imprisoned for four months because of that. In this study, firstly, brief information will be provided about the method of interpreting the Qur’an with the Qur’an. Then, the life, works, and scientific personality of Ibn Abu’l-’Iz will be discussed. Finally, his interpretations in the framework of this method will also be discussed.
