Mu‘tezile Kelamında Ötekine Ulaşma Kaygısı Olarak Emr-i Bi’l-Ma‘rûf Nehy-i ‘Ani’l-münker İlkesi

Abstract

Mu'tezile, büyük oranda, İslam'a sonradan dAhil olan milletlerin yol açtığı sorunlarla eş zamanlı olarak tarih sahnesine çıkmıştır. Farklı etnik, kültürel, dinsel ve felsefi cereyanların ürettiği sorunlar, geleneksel yaklaşımlarla cevap bulmayınca, Mu'tezilî düşünce ilgi odağı olmuştur. Mu'tezile İslam'la karşılaşan topluluklarla öncelikle "akıl" üzerinden bir iletişim dili kurmuştur. Bu iletişimin manevi motivasyonu ise emr-i bi'lma'rûf nehy-i 'ani'l-münker ilkesi olmuştur. Bu ilke, Mu'tezilenin "öteki"ne ulaşma çabasının kurumsal karşılığı olmuştur. Bu çalışma, iyiliği emretme kötülüğü nehyetme ilkesinin ortaya çıktığı koşulları ve bunun Mu'tezile için taşıdığı anlamı irdeleyecektir

Mu?tazila, extensively, had come to the stage of the history simultaneously with the problems caused by the nations which accepted Islam later. When the traditional approaches could not respond the problems generated by different ethnic, cultural, religious, and philosophical currents could not find answers through traditional approaches, Mu?tazil? thought has become the focus of attention. Mu?tazila has established a communicative language primarily through “reason” with the communities that had encountered Islam. The spiritual motivation of this communication was the principle of commanding the good and forbidding the evil. This principle is the fundamental provision of Mu?tazil? theologians’ effort to reach the “other”. This study examines the conditions in which the principle of “commending the good and the forbidding what is evil” evolved and what it means for Mu?tazila
